Bento Crate is a 24 hours’ online restaurant where, customers can order home-cooked food from our wide variety of menu’s available. Also meal plan system through which you can get healthy, home-cooked food delivered to your home or office on a subscription basis as per your choice.

How to order?

You can order in three ways. i ) Order via APP: Our app is available for both Android and IOS. Download our app from Play store/App Store, Place the order. We will get it delivered under no time. ii) Order via Phone / WhatsApp: Give a call/ drop a message to 8825535163, Choose from our menu, give your address with landmark/ Sent us your location. We will get it delivered in no time. iii) Order via Website: Place your order on our website , choose from our menu, add your address and landmark, We will get it delivered for you.

Where does Bento Crate Deliver?

Bento Crate is available in major places around Coimbatore. Currently we deliver to GV Residency, Sowripalayam, Ramnathapuram, Peelamedu, VOC Colony, Ghandhima Nagar, Cheran Ma Nagar, SITRA, Goldwins, Race Course, Redfields, Uppilipalayam, Singanallur, Ondipudur, Sivananda Colony, Sukrawarpet, Forest College Campus, Venkitapuram, Gopalapuram, , Kattor, Vilankurichi, Ganapathy, Ganapathi Pudur, Cheranmanagar , Sidhapudur , Gandhipuram, Ramnagar, Rathinapuri, Tatabad. How membership Plan works?

Elderly People, Homemakers, Women with toddlers, Bachelors, working professionals etc., can choose from our membership plans and avail the services. Type 1: Customers subscribe membership plan <> Set a menu for a week/month <> Set a time and delivery location to get the food delivered <> Our delivery champion delivers the food. Type 2: Customers subscribe membership plan <> Sets 3 delivery addresses <> Orders food via APP/ WhatsApp <> Chooses delivery location <> Our delivery champion delivers the food.

What are the different types of membership plans?

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

Members can add 3 delivery address under one membership ID. We will deliver the food as per the address chosen by you during ordering or you can set a default time, menu and location with us, we will deliver the food as per the schedule until you change.

If I have guest today at home , can I order food under my membership plan?

Yes, you can. Order with us via WhatsApp/call at least 1 hour before your scheduled delivery time

I am allergic to certain food contents / I am under diet; I need to customise the menu. Is it possible?

Yes, It’s possible for BENTO RAVE plan members. You can set your allergens/ diet with us, we will deliver as per schedule for our members.

How is the food prepared and delivered?

Our food is prepared with utmost care and safety. Our staffs are checked on regular intervals. We mention both chef’s name and delivery person name and their temperature on the delivery package for better safety. We sanitise our premises on regular intervals.Your safety is our responsibility. We deliver food in neat crate packaging with cling wrapping on outer package. We ensure the hygiene and quality of the food delivered to you.

Are you registered with FSSAI?

We are registered with FSSAI and have acquired the license.

Can I skip my meal for a couple of days after I have subscribed for a plan?

Yes. You can skip or pause your subscription and resume back whenever you want. You will not be charged anything extra.

How can I skip or pause my subscription for a couple of days?

You can call us or WhatsApp us at 8825535163 and specify how long you would like to pause your subscription and inform the date you want to resume.

I require the invoice copy food bill claim? How will I get it?

We provide GST bill for all food orders. In case if you missed the invoice, you can download the same from our APP r or customer can call on 8825535163 and provide their Order Number and Email id for Bill Regeneration. For members, bills will be provided as per membership plan.

What if i want to stop my subscription due to emergency?

Yes. You can stop your subscription. We will refund the deposit amount as per cancellation policy.
